MaxPriceMyHome.com.au is managed by four Partners.
Collectively, the Partners have extensive experience in residential property renovations, buy and hold strategies, property development, property sales as well as styling properties for sale.
Other skills include the preparation of preliminary feasibility studies for clients, including the financial analysis and evaluation of development alternatives.
The Partners, over the past two decades, have purchased and sold a large number of investment properties and are independent property observers, property investors and providers of property information.
Where requested, property finance is generally arranged via one of our external Associates.

Lisa Dugdale
Lisa’s passion for houses and real estate stems from her desire to see the best in any home and her incredible eye for detail.
Lisa started her career as a Nurse whilst having a keen interest in interior design. After the experience and completion of a number of renovations, Lisa gained an ability for evaluating opportunities for improving the appearance and functionality of a property which add substantial value.
Lisa specialises in preparing Properties for Sale and Home Renovation. With property being the largest investment for most of us, Lisa understands what it takes to present a property at its best whether selling, renting or creating a home.
With years of experience in renovation and property styling, Lisa states that “We will help you sell your property faster as we know the necessary tips and concepts needed to provide a competitive edge, giving your property reduced time on the market with an increased profit”.

Stephen Romp
Over the past 6 years Stephen has been working as an “in–house” consultant to a range of investor clients. Stephen has mentored and assisted clients to successfully purchase “Off the Plan” investment properties in their own name or in their Self Managed Superfund.
Prior to this Stephen worked for an accounting firm for 5 years advising clients on the opportunities to reduce their tax by investing in property. In his corporate life Stephen organised and led management teams to develop appropriate sales and service strategies, objectives and successful outcomes for his employer and clients. Stephen holds a Real Estate (Authorised Representative) licence.

Robert Jongebreur
Robert bought his first property in London when in his 20’s. He has been a keen property observer and commentator since. At one stage he owned a half share in a Real Estate Agency with a family member during which time he carried out every agency task including accounts, audits, listing, inspections and sales. Robert has lodged his own plans for development and prepared Preliminary Feasibility Studies for owners of properties with development potential. He has written a number of articles on residential real estate and holds a Real Estate Representative Licence (VIC).

Enrico Neubert
Enrico has experience in all facets of residential property and has assisted a number of home owners in lodging plans for development. Enrico’s early life was spent on farms. As a result he is very practical and very much a “hands-on” renovator. Enrico is very knowledgeable about the NSW market, is good at analysing investment opportunities and as a keen investor regularly scans the market for investment opportunities. Enrico has a special interest in renewable energy and making properties self sustainable, energy wise.
